Please be aware! This company does not stand by its product if a return becomes necessary. We purchased a 1st Communion dress and presented it as a gift a time later. When it was opened the white colors on the dress did not match. We went through customer service to return the dress. After our 3rd attempt we were told it was "too late" to make the return. Apparently, you only have 24 hrs! I would advise trying other companies that stand by their product.
ReplyDeleteI had a terrible time with this company. I asked several times via email and phone msgs asking when the dress would be delivered. I ordered the dress on January 9, 2011 for an April 9th wedding. They still to date (march 25th) have not processed my order. AND ignored me when I asked when it was going to be shipped so I knew if I need to get another dress. VERY unprofessional

If the dress you ordered was on back order normally it takes up to six weeks to fulfill back orders. Please provide me with your order number so that we can assist you with your order immediately.

If the dress was received a month or two ago unfortunately we are unable to accept it since the design, shade or material can change from our manufacture. If you contacted us within a month of receiving your order please give me your order number and I will certainly process an RAN for you.

I recently bought a pair of First Holy Communion Shoes for my daughter. They were $21.50. I paid MGD $9 for shipping. When they arrived via USPS, I was not able to accept them unless I paid an additional $5.15 in shipping. I was told that there was inadequate postage on the package from MGD. How can this be when I previously paid you $9 for shipping? I would not have bought the shoes had I known I would also be paying almost their entire price in shipping! Please respond via phone or email to my complaint.

Well...I havent had any problem with this company I recieved all of my daughter pagenant dresses from this company with no problem with delivery.When i emailed about my order they returned my email,but i did have aclose call,we where leaving for a pagenant in Flo. and my package got there while we were pulling out the yard but it was because fed-X got lost and the package was at someone else house.Im ordering her easter dress I pray I dont run into you guys heart aches.
